Up to $50,000. GST is removed in full up to $1M, then tapers between $1M and $1.5M. The agreement must be signed before January 1, 2031, and the credit is applied at closing through form GST190.

CSA S16, G40.21 and W47.1, RBQ licence, plans signed by an engineer (OIQ), CWB-certified welders, GCR warranty. In Quebec, a factory-built home must be certified CAN/CSA-A277 before it can legally be sold.
