Factory precision. A price you know first.

Every Modulabs home is built indoors, away from the cold and from improvisation: about 45 days of fabrication, then 30 days of assembly on your lot. You choose the model and the finishes, you see the total cost — house, land, foundation, hookups, transport, taxes and rebates included — and you buy.

  • CSA steel frame, plans signed by an engineer (OIQ)
  • R-45 insulation, 10-year structural warranty
  • About 45 days in the factory, 30 days of assembly
  • Total cost and possession date written before you buy
