Do I really buy the house and the land in one place?
Yes. You configure the home, you pick the lot, and the price you see covers both: house, land, foundation, hookups, transport, taxes and rebates included. You buy it all online, in one transaction, instead of coordinating sixteen parties.
Is the price shown really the final price?
Yes. The configurator computes the all-in total cost for the lot you selected. The model prices — Luma 1 from $140,000, Luma 2 from $212,000, Luma 3 at $269,990 — cover the house; the all-in figure appears as soon as the lot is chosen. No change orders discovered later.
When do I move in?
Your possession date is written before you buy, not estimated after. Factory fabrication takes about 45 days and assembly on your lot takes 30 days. You know the date before you pay.
Does everything really happen online?
Everything happens online up to signing. Quebec law requires the deed of sale and the hypothec to be received by a notary: that is one appointment, remote when your notary accepts it. One appointment, instead of sixteen parties.
What gets verified on the lot before I commit?
Zoning, availability of servicing, and delivery access. You are not buying a house in the abstract: you are buying this house on this lot, confirmed able to receive it. That is where the bad surprises usually happen; we surface them before the purchase, not after.
