Developers & multiplex
Buy your units online, to the dollar and to the date.
The Modulabs multiplex, for those who develop: you configure, you see the total cost per unit, you see the delivery date of every building, and you buy — land included — in one place.
The same purchase, at the scale of your project.
One unit or several, the transaction does not change: the price you see covers the building, the land, the foundation, the hookups, transport, taxes and rebates. Zoning, servicing and delivery access are verified before you commit, and the delivery date is written into the contract. You close your pro forma on numbers that will not move.
Configure my projectCapacity, in numbers
What you can put in the pro forma.
The eight steps
From the first lot you target to delivery.
The same eight-step path, tracked unit by unit, in one file instead of sixteen.
Define, then locate
You set the program, the budget per unit and the area. We show you the lots that can take the unit count you are targeting, and the models that can physically be delivered to them.
Prepare, then confirm
You configure each building and watch the total cost per unit form with every choice. Zoning, servicing, delivery access and financing are confirmed before you commit, not after you have acquired the land.
Buy, then track
You buy online, land included: the price per unit is settled and the delivery dates are written. You then track factory fabrication, permits and site preparation from the same file.
Adjust, then close
Any change shows its effect on cost per unit and on date before you authorize it. At delivery: inspection, possession, warranties activated and rebates claimed.
Two ways to buy
Sixteen parties per project, or one transaction.
For a developer, the gap is measured in files you have to carry, dates that hold, and a cost per unit that does not move.
